Description

For STUDENTS or TEACHERS, The Laughing Hour offers opportunities to laugh together for an hour ... FUN!

More commonly known as laughter yoga, this laughing technique does not require any yoga poses nor anyone to tell jokes. In fact, all it relies on is YOUR willingness to laugh. Simple! And yes, sometimes this will result into fake laughter. However, we all know laughing is contagious therefore the group effect will work it's magic to having everyone laugh.

Outstanding academic results are seen in happy children. Laughing sessions are offered for grades 5 to 12 (and up to university), as well as for teachers during a pedagogical or wellness day.
